After her claimed acquaintance with multi-millionaire conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar became public, the ED interviewed Jacqueline several times and recorded her statement.

A Look Out Circular has been issued for her in connection with a Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh, which resulted in her being detained briefly at Mumbai International Airport last year. The Enforcement Directorate recently seized her gifts and assets worth Rs 7.27 crore.

Sukesh had also mentioned Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, and Harman Baweja in his disclosure statement to the ED, in addition to Jacqueline.

Jacqueline was spotted at Salman Khan's Eid celebration lately. She was most recently seen in John Abraham's film 'Attack.' She will next be featured in Rohit Shetty's 'Cirkus,' starring Ranveer Singh, and in Abhishek Sharma's 'Ram Setu,' alongside Akshay Kumar. She also appears in the Kannada film 'Vikrant Rona,' which stars Sudeep.
