Top 10 Student-teacher bond Hindi films to watch on Teachers' Day 2021

Super 30

The film is based on the actual tale of Anand Kumar, who every year educates 30 kids who cannot afford IIT coaching sessions. The film depicts Anand Kumar's hardships and efforts in the fight for the right to education.

Kai Po Che!

Kai Po Che! is based on Chetan Bhagat's novel Three Mistakes Of My Life and directed by Abhishek Kapoor. Because of the role played by Sushant Singh Rajput, who falls prey to the politics of cricket selection and then goes on to train a local youngster named Ali, we included this film in our list of Teacher's Day Special Bollywood Movies.

Mohabbatein

Although the film is a love tale, it also emphasises inter-personal connections and a teacher-student bond that extends beyond the classroom walls. On one level, we have Raj play more of a mentor than a strict teacher to three young students Sameer, Karan, and Vikram, where Narayan Shankar (played by Amitabh Bachchan) has an ideological battle with Raj Aryan (played by Shah Rukh Khan) to maintain discipline and honour through his best-understood principles at his school.

Main Hoon Na

In Farah Khan's Main Hoon Na, Sushmita Sen, dressed in chiffon sarees with a slender physique, played Chandni, the Chemistry professor, who was every student's fantasy. Miss Chandni Chopra modernised and popularised the sari in the early 2000s with slinky chiffon saris in polka dot designs and ombre colours, worn with sleeveless or halter blouses and heavy jewellery. The knotted blouses provided a touch of sensuality to the character.

Stanley Ka Dabba

Stanley Ka Dabba's charm resides in its simplicity and sincerity. The video depicts a slice of life from the pages of any school in India, big or little, where kids just want to have fun and instructors want to be the proverbial killjoys. Of course, there are exceptions, such as the popular Miss Rosie (Divya Dutta), who liberally sprinkles phrases of love throughout her discussions and promotes every glimmer of creativity in the children. Sir Babubhai Verma (Amole Gupte), on the other hand, is the biggest thorn in the side, who is more interested in devouring the children's meals than in teaching them Hindi.

3 Idiots

3 Idiots, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and based on Chetan Bhagat's novel Five Point Someone, is a fantastic film. Boman Irani has been cast as Dr. Viru Sahastrabuddhe, the director of an engineering institution. Because of his strictness, his students refer to him as Virus.

Parichay

The male protagonist is played by Jeetendra, a legendary Bollywood actor who takes on the role of a teacher who is tasked with instructing five grandkids of a wealthy family in the town. Melodic and emotive are two terms that come to mind when describing the relationship between the instructor and the pupils in this film.

Iqbal

Making the impossible feasible is one of a teacher's many skills, and a similar scenario is shown in Nagesh Kukunoor's film "Iqbal." It's a Kukunoor-style coming-of-age storey about a deaf and mute rural lad named Iqbal, portrayed impressively by Shreyas Talpade, who overcomes several obstacles to realise his ambition of playing for the Indian national cricket team.

Taare Zameen Par

Taare Zameen Par, starring Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan, is a masterpiece that depicts a teacher's unwavering love and dedication for his children. It is the priceless and pinnacle of Bollywood's 'teacher's day flicks.'

Hichki

Hichki, a gem from filmmaker Siddharth Malhotra and actress Rani Mukerji, sheds light on the school system and the right to education in a thoughtful manner. The female heroine accepts the task of teaching the school's worst class and, through her efforts, transforms the worst student into the greatest.

Black

The storey of a blind and deaf child (Rani Mukerji played a part based on Helen Keller's life) and her relationship with her teacher, who subsequently developed Alzheimer's disease, was told in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's ground-breaking film (Amitabh Bachchan). All of the honours and accolades went to the picture, as well as the hearts of the audience.
